School Advisory Council & Parent Teacher Association
If you'd like to encourage and support our parents, teachers and students and there is no better way to do that than to get involved in the PTA. There is no bigger joy for our children than to see their families involved in their education. Our fundraising events help provide support to our school so our children can go on field trips, attend assemblies, and enjoy up to date technology in the classroom. Among many other things !
We have an active School Advisory Council that includes parents, community members, and school staff. It advises the school principal and the Chignecto-Central Regional Centre for Education on a wide range of issues, most importantly, the ongoing efforts of the school to continuously improve student achievement and school performance. It holds regular meetings during the school year. Please watch for dates and times. All parents are welcome to attend and encouraged to get involved.
