Join us at the school to register your student for Pre-primary and Primary if you reside in the Debert Elementary catchment area (if you reside in a different catchment area, you must first register at that school and then apply for a transfer).
Debert Elementary registrations will be held on February 3, 10, and 17 from 11:15-12:45.

Please bring with you the following documentation:
-Nova Scotia Health Card
-Birth Certificate
-Proof of residency to confirm your school catchment area (e.g. utility bill)
Pre-Primary and Primary eligible ages for enrollment:
Children who reside in the province of Nova Scotia and reach the age of five (5) years on or before December 31 are eligible for enrolment in the Primary Program.
The Pre-primary program is voluntary and open to all children who are at least four years old by December 31st, 2026, and live within school catchment. Children can only attend the Pre-primary program for one year.
